These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Shropshire Floatation & Wellness Centre. By booking or attending any session, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined below, as well as any specific terms relating to the individual treatments you participate in.

1. Your Booking

  • All bookings must be made through our online booking system, in person, or by phone.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon booking, and a reminder email 24 hours before your session.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments ("no shows"), are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
  • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened or forfeited to avoid affecting other guests.

3. Health & Safety

  • Your wellbeing is our priority. Prior to your session, you may be required to complete a health and consent form specific to the treatment you are receiving.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit for your session. If in doubt, please consult your GP.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest or if safety concerns arise.

4. Respecting the Space

  • We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards staff, other clients, and the facility at all times.
  • Any deliberate damage to equipment or facilities, or behaviour that causes disruption or risk to others, may result in you being asked to leave and being held liable for repair or cleaning costs.

5. Vouchers & Packages

  • Gift vouchers are valid for a minimum of 180 days from purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Packages are non-refundable once used and non-transferable unless explicitly stated in the package terms.
  • Missed sessions in a package due to "no shows" or late cancellations will be deducted from the package total.

6. Treatment-Specific Terms

Each of our services has its own specific terms and usage guidelines to ensure your safety and enjoyment. By booking the following services, you confirm that you have read and agree to the relevant terms:

  • Floatation Therapy – includes guidance around hair treatments, skin conditions, and hygiene protocols.
  • Driifloat Therapy – includes advice on suitable attire and relaxation expectations.
  • Fire & Ice Room – includes instructions for cold plunge, infrared sauna, and red light panel usage.
  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) – includes pre-booking medical screening and pressure safety considerations.
  • Seychelles Sunroom (Vitamin D Light Therapy) – includes timing, clothing, and light exposure guidance.

Full terms for each service can be found at the time of booking or by request. We reserve the right to update treatment-specific policies at any time.

7. Disclaimer

  • While we provide wellness services designed to support relaxation and recovery, we are not a medical facility and do not offer medical advice or diagnosis.
  • Use of our services is voluntary and at your own risk. We encourage all guests with ongoing medical conditions or on prescription medication to consult with their healthcare provider before attending.
  • Shropshire Floatation & Wellness Centre accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during or after the use of our facilities, unless caused by proven negligence.
